Bobbly vase Empty Bobbly vase

Bobbly vase with polished pontil scar. Bubbles in the bobbles. One of the Sklo Union designers? Pavel Panek maybe? Or Borsk Sklo? It's similar to the hobnail glass chamber pots, and I've seen a couple attributed to Fenton, but as far as I know they don't have the bubbles. I've also found a listing for a hobnail glass vase which appears to have bubbles, attributed to Hobbs & Brockunier & Co (Hobbs & Brockunier & Co Eapg Hobnail Clear Glass Vase) but that has seams on the base indicating it is moulded, rather than a ground and polished pontil scar.

Not Sklo Union, as it's not pressed
