Slipware platter - flower mark - Dutch? Empty Slipware platter - flower mark - Dutch?

Hi
This is the second item I've found by same potter. Small 18.5cm platter. The mark is very clear - a flower . I've searched and been unable to find to whom it belongs. Help please !

I recently came across my example. I'll post a photo. I don't think they are the work of a studio potter. Possibly Continental.
