Is this a 1969 Panasonic Desk Lamp or Something Else? - by Ron Rezek

Hi,

I recently bought this lamp and was told by the seller that the lady had bought it in 1969 and that it was a Panasonic lamp.  I can't find anything resembling it and don't want to take someone's word for it once removed.  It has a round fluorescent lamp in the shade.  There are no markings except that the plug reads "Sta Tite" with a patent number - this just appears to be a standard plug that made it easier to re-attach in the case of wire wear.  Has anybody seen this lamp before?
