Paperweight. help to read signature Empty Paperweight. help to read signature

Hi
This lovely paperweight which has areas of iridescence is signed (difficult to get  good image) , but I can't, for the life of me, read it . First letter M  and second word appears to be 'vini' ???? Came with an IOW weight but not sure that this is one.

Thanks for that DD but not sure it reads Mtarfa - the letters look like upper case and the Mtarfa marks I've seen appear to be in lower case?? . And the ' Vini' 87 ????
