Lucie Rie , cup & saucer around £1200 mark , mental innit , I sold a saucer with LR & HC mark for £300 + also C cliff tray for 300 it's mental isn't it , thank god for nutters Laughter

I find the illogic of collecting completely baffling, for years I have been buying superb pieces of Guy Sydenham's post - Poole pottery for 40 and fifty quid while Poole collectors bid crazy money for poor quality pieces that Guy made while working at Poole Pottery.
If they are just interested in stamps then why didn't they become philatelists?
