Re: Builth Wells
Stood for years, lovely place, easy to do, nights out on the town, but not cheap rent,
and nobody buys enough, mores the pity.

Re: Builth Wells
Too bad ED, No I never got much there either, even going round on the Friday.
(set-up day).
Mind you it is hard to buy at any fair now, everyone knows what they've got,
and what it's worth.
Had too many fruitless buying days over the last couple of years, so getting reluctant
to pay the "early trade" entry, to a fair that's already been raked over, ie. any event
where the stall-holders get the opportunity to rake-over the fair, before "trade" or
public are admitted.
There are still fairs (like Dualco) where early trade go in free, with the stall-holders,
so you do have a chance!

Re: Builth Wells
totally agree with all that DD ..spot on , , things have to change if they want people to splash out with travelling expenses ( gas ) entry fees that are mental , £20 at the lincoln events ) , for what the same old Effin dinosaurs that frequent this sh*t, their wares are crap their style is crap , their selling is crap , trumpery as in car boot wares at best , feckin' moorcroft garbage by the pallet load , does my nut in ' not really it is laughable some of the wares on offer , I think you wouldn't sell that dung in a million yrs mate and i'm right , I'll need to go to the galleries for my fix
