Milland Pottery - Windmill mark
I know this is Langley pottery but I would love a little more info if possible . 20cm high
Can't find any trace of the shape or pattern in my Denby book and nothing comes up Googling it under Langley. I'm surprised the base looks so ' new'. though the inside doesn't !!
The base has a stamp , although I can't read the word above the mill and there is an incised 'G'
Thanks

Re: Milland Pottery - Windmill mark
Thanks !! I should have spotted that . I've got another pot from Milland Pottery and I don't live a million miles from the village!
In my defence I think the shape is similar to a Denby shape of the 60s (812) except for the foot and has a VERY vague look of the Burlington pattern. Mind you you'll probably beg to differ

Milland Pottery, George & Jane Hawkins and Angela Carter, Liphook
Milland Pottery was started by George and Jane Hawkins. It was passed over to Angela Carter upon Jane's retirement in 1980. It is still going strong in Liphook, Hampshire
