Swirled Pastel Bisque Vase signed "Bella" - Who is Bella? Empty Swirled Pastel Bisque Vase signed "Bella" - Who is Bella?

I have done several Internet searches to investigate who "Bella" is that made this charming and nicely made vase. It is an uneven oval, about 5.5" tall and 5" wide; with a swirled bisque exterior of an off-white base with blue and pink swirling all around, and a smooth, glassy finish only on the inside, engraved "Bella" on the bottom. Please let me know if you are familiar with this person, or company's work. Thanks!
