Anyway, can anyone Id this set, please. I'm thinking Italy or Portugal - I'm sure I've seen one recently.

Cockerel tea set - Toledo, Spain Empty Talavera El Carmen, Toledo, Spain

Found more. These are signed on the base.
Not exactly sure what the first word is on these, but some say it's Talavera El Carmen, which seems to be a family pottery based in Toledo, Spain. Others have said these pots are sometimes signed Toledo.
