Hi Brin. I think you are correct, this is by Fernand Dubois, Bouffioulx (Belgium), circa 1930.

Hi, this is from Gustave Dubois son of Fernand Dubois. Fernand Dubois signed with F. Dubois. Gustave started in 1955, still working pottery in Bouffioulx (Bernard Dubois son of Gustave)
