Pewter tray, armorial?

Hoping someone knows something about this pewter tray.
Stamped mark on the back appears to be of an angel with the letters A G either side.
German?
I've come across references to a 'standing angel touchmark'. Not sure if this is a version of that.

Actually I think I've found it. Touchmark is an angel with the letters AIC (the I is between his legs). Seems to be Flemish, c.1790.

Better photos, including a rose and crown touchmark which is also on the base which indicates export-ware to the Netherlands. .
