Green glass dishes
I know nothing about glass.
I have two of these. They were my mother's. I have no memory of them as a child but she may have got them from my great aunt when she died. They are about 32cm X 12cms. If anyone can tell me anything about them, I'd be grateful. If they are factory-produced tat break it to me gently.

Re: Green glass dishes
Thanks. That's helpful. I really just wanted to know anything about it.
In fact, having googled it, I found exactly the same piece being sold on ebay. As you said, no real value but as I have two of them I will now be able to live a life of unbridled luxury & indulgence.

Re: Green glass dishes
If I recall correctly, these were made by both Davidson and Sowerby from about 1910-20 until at least the 1950s - in quite large numbers.
Re: Green glass dishes
Last time I looked we had a couple in the local charity shop.
