Haller acrylic clock Sam_2711

I don't often get excited about quartz timepieces except maybe Casio watches but this caught my eye. After a simple operation to remove it I got it home and examined it. Below are the facts that I have found:-
1. it is by Haller
2. er......
3 That's it

Any further info would be welcome. I Think it might be from 1985 because there are dots on the face at 1, 9, 8 -5.
