Victorian Uranium Filagree Decagon Vase? Empty Victorian Uranium Filagree Decagon Vase?

Can someone help me identify this vase.   I first thought it might be Fenton, but not too sure now.   It is very light in weight cosidering the thickness of the glass which is 0.3cm.  The height is 19.7cm.    I appreciate any information you can give.
