this was a great £2 buy , measures 4+" high 5+" dia, Incised name on the base with June 09 also impressed sort of cirlces mark any ideas mucho appreciated , Ed

yes looks deffo like Ch it's dated june 09 , it may be Cha? , the tree dots impressed may not be dots are there is a curve suggesting a C or S maybe  Shrugs

Just thought that the signature looked like Cheney and there is/was a potter called Jon Cheney in Cumbria. Wasn't able to find anything like this by him though.

There is a cheney pot on ebay with label ,but style is very different so I think we can rule him out for now .

99% sure it's CH Naomi , Chan always dated pieces and found one here that claims to   be Chan
