Tenmoku studio pottery teapot, Winchcombe?..id help

hello all
I am looking for some i.d help on this studio pottery teapot, the teapot has a mark that looks like an 'm' inside a 'c' . could it be micheal cardew??
unfortunately the teapot has two hairline cracks (one running down each side) but it still completely stable and not in any danger of breaking and are hardly visable.
any thoughts????

its deffinatly a 'c' but im not 100 % sure what the letter inside reads because its kind of faint , looks like an 'm' though

Colour looks more like Harry and May Davis, Crowan Pottery. Could it be a CP mark?

I have has a good look at the mark after giving it a little clean to wipe away the grime and I can confirm it is an 'm' inside a 'c'
any ideas??

Michael Cole a possibility. I've seen similar domestic stuuf of his. Had a pottery in Wales from the mid sixties.
