The markings appear to say E WAGNER with the 'E' in a style much like the Euro sign but with no gap between the E and the W. Underneath I think it says Konigswinter. Any ideas anyone? Konigswinter is a town lucky enough to be twinned with Cleethorpes!

Thanks for posting, have this vase for a long time but could never put a name to it. W=Wagner, post-war, i think, that should be a clue. Königswinter not in the ceramic literature before the war, as far as i know.

PS Sorry, poor Pics, taken with my old camera 2003. The marks read W and small letter, interlaced, Königswinter
PS "Konigswinter is a town lucky enough to be twinned with Cleethorpes!"
??? Do you mean it´s a nice town ?
