Decoration looks like it might be by one of the ex-Aldermaston potters.
I think the mark is db. I've seen it before, but haven't id-ed it yet.

If it is JJ maybe it's ex-aldermaston potter Jenny Jowett. Her mark at Aldermaston was AJ. I don't know what it is now.
