Odd cone-shaped Vase Empty Odd cone-shaped Vase

I've seen a similar shaped vase which was German, but I don't know about this one.

Marked only with an impressed "10" or "0L", depending on how you look at it.

if it's german, it must be an OL, we would write a 1 in a L shape. OL is short for Oldenburg. Could either be Oldenburg in Oldenburg or Oldenburg in Holstein.
