Unknown Artist...Miroslav ??...is it a print or what..posted before ??

Its a great scene and beautifully...looks as thought its signed in pencil...very difficult to read...is it a linocut,print etc..And of where? All advice much appreciated

could be a litho wood block lino cut or screenprint, manhattan, a picture of the rest of the writing would help, should have an edition number

Appears to be the Czech artist Miroslav Houra (1933 - 2006) - various examples of his work can be found with Google Images; here is one with signature:

So what is written in pencil bottom left of the image, Brin?

there are dots or full stops between each word...last word could be "tick or tint"...middle word could be"color or Koln"....first word"auto or 9th".....he needed to do something about his handwriting !!

As tenpot was suggesting if it was a limited edition print there should be something like 4/50 there. Whatever that says it seems like the title so it is either a monoprint (a unique print - very good) or a print with unlimited copies (very bad). That is from a price point of view.

More information about his career and his work would be needed to clarify I think.
