It looks like 19th Century porcelain. I don't recognise the mark, but the flourish and scrolls may point to it being French.

I thought it was milk glass at first, if it is porcelain it could be repro

Looks like glass to me too, not something I know anything about, would have guessed date wise around late-Victorian.

I have seen these before, it is porcelain, the ones I have seen have a matt finish where this one looks glazed on the inside.
normally dating from the 40's to the 70's but it could be Victorian I am not sure without holding it
