Another Italian one if anyone has any ideas I'd be very grateful for some input.

Thanks

Roy

Bitossi is the usual culprit for this type , but I'm not so sure , italian wares need a lot more research imo

Very difficult to say unless it has a factory mark or is certain style/clay/glaze that identifies it as a make like Bitossi or similar. Aside from this having a blue glaze similar to Bitossi it doesn't seem to have the heavily grogged clay or hand impressed pattern that is typical of Bitossi so I think 'made in Italy' is as close as you're going to get with this one .

Yeah that's about as far as I get with most of my Italian pieces Naomi. Wondering if it could be an export item for Raymor or some other such company.

Might be by Bitossi's sister company Flavia Montelupo (before they merged), but difficult to know for sure.
