Can anybody ID this 10" plate please?

Bought this plate yesterday from a Dutch re-cycle shop for a couple of pounds.
Looks familiar, as does the signature, but no idea of it's origin. Any help with identification is much appreciated!

Very nice plate. I think the signature in the photo is sideways.
