Wondering if anyone has any ideas on the age of this ewer made in Perugia. My guess would be mid 20th Century or later.

looks to be very modern to me, Italy not written on ceramics until 1920ish, but I looks much later

I would say modern, anytime from the latter half of the 20th Century into the 21st Century. I expect you could still buy them at the market today.
