Interesting white cased bowl with convex base and heavy scratches around base rim from use.

The last picture shows a circle with a word or words round it. Is it just a reflection from the camera lens?

Sometimes I have to edit the reflection of my shiny bald bonce out of my photos...

The bowl looks very like it has a Welz decor, though usually I see items with lots of rigaree and 'frills' in these colours. Scroll down to the first group of five trophy vases shown here on Kralik-glass.com, the vase far right: http://www.kralik-glass.com/welzresearchhoneycomb.html
