Bohemian amethyst wine glass? can anyone help me please

Spent the last few days trying to find information about this wine glass.  I'm only guessing at this stage, that it might be Bohemian.  Streched curved contour lines are visible when held up to natural light around the lower and bottom bowl surface area. A quarter section of the top part of the base foot area has a scavo appearance and feel to it.   Don't think this was intentional. Not sure if the bowl was made separate to the twisted foot stem. The stem is slightly off centred to the foot base.  Any help on maker, age and how it was made appreciated, thanx.
