brutalist candelabra Empty brutalist candelabra

Does anyone recognise this brutalist style candelablra / menorah ?

Appears to be made of rusty steel and is unmarked.  I'm thinking it's probably a minor artist or amateur who's following a style from the 1960s/70s, but wondered if someone here had seen something similar.

Like that a lot. I can tell you one thing, it's not a menorah. Menorah's only have seven candles, yours holds nine.
