Art Deco Cut Glass Decanter w Glasses Engraved with Greyhounds - Czech ?

Hi,

I recently acquired this decanter and four glasses.  I think that it is cut glass or maybe cut crystal and each piece is engraved with a greyhound, very art deco.  I'm wondering about its maker, as there are no marks.  Is it of Czech origin?

Beautiful...and i'm not really an Art Deco person

and there's no marks at all? reminds me a little of Baccarat - that would be nice.

Actually, there is a number 8, or maybe an infinity sign (most likely an 8), on both the underside of the stopper and on the underside of the decanter. The glasses are cut on the underside and I don't see anything on those.

Lovely set, really dramatic. Never seen a stopper used quite like that before either. The engraved 8s are simply to match the stopper with the decanter as they would have been individually fitted at the factory.

Presumably the cutting on the stopper matches the cutting on the glasses?

Yes, I knew that. The marks do match the stopper and the decanter. I'm still checking all of my books and online sources and still coming up empty as to maker - can't even find anything similar. Thanks for having a look.
