ID of this Crystal vase. Possibly Scandinavian? - Kjellander

I found this interesting vase and was hoping someone would recognize the maker by either the Gazelle, which seems to be a popular motif on etched crystal over the years or by the signature and numbers. The first thing I did was check the easiest, Orrefors but found nothing resembling it.

I have looked at just about every signature I could find here and on other sites hoping to find a similar signature. The signature itself is kind of crude making it even more difficult to figure it out.

The bottom has significant wear and scratches and there are lime stains on the inside of the vase....making it older or maybe just well used and loved
