Does look very like Chelsea from the front, but Guernsey Pottery is similar, and the back and the shape of the plate looks very like Guernsey, so one balance I'd say Guernsey.

I would rule out Chelsea and I have never seen a back like that on Guernsey?

It's Hook Pottery I was thinking of.
P.S. I think Naomi's suggestion may be the most likely at the moment.

Davee tends to buy pottery very similar to better know potteries.
it's enfuriating (as is my spellcheck which doesn't know the word enfuriating)

Might be Nairn Pottery, Scotland. Made by Muriel Macintyre. Looks very like Chelsea and Guernsey pottery. Someone seems to be selling off a collection of it on eBay atm.
Some info about her:
Muriel McIntyre (1930-2009) Muriel and her husband Gordon trained at Chelsea Pottery in a studio specialising in majolica. In 1961 they established Nairn Pottery at Clifton House, Scotland. Her pieces were variously marked NP, Nairn, and/or a label, and sometimes included a date.

Not Nairn Pottery
Hi,
just to confirm this is not one of my mothers nor produced by Nairn Pottery.
She did produce molds but the shape is wrong and the drawing not anyones style I recognise.
signatures are :-
NP with the end of the N being the upright of the P
Nairn and a year date eg '77
MM for muriel macintyre
Symon for Symon Macintyre
RB - Roddy Butler
MA - Martin Ashford
Butterfly Imprint from her signet ring on her porceline work
