It's possible - maybe a Raymor import. But I don't think it's Bitossi. The base looks more like West Germany to me.

Could it be Bay?
Bay made a few items that had similar decoration &/or glaze to Bitossi.

Bay did do similar decor, but most (if not all) Bay output was clearly marked.
