Realise that it will be difficult as the back stamp is almost completely gone. Just wondered if anyone could identify from the design/pattern.

The font of the B and a look similar to 'Bavaria' in the Schwarzenbach mark.

Thanks again NaomiM, just had a look at PM&M and think you could well be correct, the font on the letter matches as well.
