From the image it looks as if the title and signature are "part of the print" rather than signed and titled by the artist. Is that correct?

Therefore, as with all such photographic reproductions, it has no intrinsic value other than from a decorative point of view but it is something that I find attractive and could live with.

I didn't post it for ID as I found out a lot about the artist from the details on the back. The frame is very high quality, all in all not bad for four Canadian dollars...
