Textured Blue Bubble Glass Vase

I picked this vase up very cheaply at a boot sale. 12" (30cm) high and rectangular, bark or stone textured blue glass with lots of random bubbles. Smooth, uneven rim and a wide smooth pontil (which was easier to photograph from inside the vase). No signature or label.

I have no idea whether I should be looking to 20th century Czechoslovakia or 21st century China, but given the lack of any identifying marks..
