Another auction buy from a few years ago, but can't find anything. The bird is sitting on a tree stump, the glaze is varying shades of brown with a greenish hue. It stands 11" high.
I can't read the incised marks on the base.
Any clues  Shrugs

Looks like the marks have been stamped. Maybe posting some photos taken from different angles would help to make them clearer.
Bottom one looks like Ray ?adidori - might be Italian?

The top mark does look impressed while the other is incised, I thought perhaps Pat somebody?
Tried all ways to get a clearer pic but my camera is a bit old lol, I'll ask my son if he will take some more pics Cheeky

I have now discovered the origins of thi piece, it is Thai Celedon Pottery.
