It's possible, but it's a 4 character mark, not a 6 character reign mark, which implies it's a 20th Century factory made piece. Whether it's early or late 20th Century I wouldn't like to say. Difficult to tell from the photos but there does seem to be a degree of wear on the gilding which might mean it's early 20th Century.
