Eleanor Whittall, owl mark Empty Eleanor Whittall, owl mark

I have just been asked if I could supply an image of Eleanor Whittall's seal mark and decided that I may as well post it here for future reference, as it doesn't look quite like the one shown for her in BSPM.

Whittall was born in 1900 and her studio pottery career began in London around 1940 and continued until the early 1960s when she went into a Buddhist retreat. She certainly stopped showing her pots then even if she continued to make them.
