Here's one I've been puzzling over for years. I bought it during an open studios event in Northampton during the early 1990s and managed to lose the brochure. I have an idea what the first and last words are, but I'll let you guys have a go first! 9.5cm (height)

First word looks like John, and the second Fl...., or maybe Howell.
