Stoke Climsland Pottery Lidded Jar

Can anyone tell me about the above pottery. I have done some research and know it's Cornish. The label on the base is half missing. All I can trace is the road Clarence House Higher Downgate in the village. If there are any local members from Cornwall on here who can help would be very helpful. The label is the clue and it's possible the potter could be Johnson. Please kindly take a look at the label and see if you know the potter in question.
