Could it be Alan Brough, Cornwall? He uses an AB stamp, but I have seen a vase with a handwritten AB monogram listed as 'vintage Alan Brough. A long shot though. Might be a mis-identifiication.

Verry verry similar to his handpainted marks , and the pics do not do this piece justice there is some verry fine work on this pot.
