James Cresswell, Woburn Pottery

Pair of goblets. Lovely glaze. Made by James Cresswell, Woburn Pottery.
Found one reference that said he was apprenticed to Dame Lucie Rie in the 1940s and 50s. Woburn Pottery established in 1968.

Very temped by a small bowl that sold on ebay recently - gorgeous glaze. I think he's an underated potter, but I've only seen his goblets and small bowls, which is surprising considering how long he's been going.
