I must confess the signature looks more along K Margaret hoowell but this contradicts the KMT so more like K Margarie Thoowell

Maybe Teowell? However, tried all the combinations and nothing's coming up so she might be a student or hobby artist.

Bank on pots K M T wood carved block prints, found just one on the internet so far and can just about match up the signature from the tiny jpeg Happy
