I got this vase last year at an estate of a Hungarian couple. They traveled back to Hungary in the 1960's and 1970's and collected quite a bit of art. With some exceptions all the art, ceramic and glass in their house was from Hungary - with a few exceptions from Czech and Sweden. The vase is about 22cm (8 3/4 inches) is very well done but I've never been able to find anything out about it, even with the signature. Best I can figure the signature reads "Petr." or something close, but I could be wrong, Petr is common enough name to not be very helpful in online searches anyway. Since this is most likely European I figured I might actually get lucky with an ID since most of the people here know so much about UK and European pottery. Any input or leads for research much appreciated!
