leach patent ? Empty leach patent ?

ive tried everythig too upload a picture.is there a simpler way of doing it. ive a blue and white vessel with "leachs patent" backstamp. a bowl with only half a lid. looks like some sort of wash bowl. can anybody tell me about LEACHS please

From the sound of it nothing to do with Bernard Leach.

It sounds quite old - maybe Victorian. I've found a reference to a "Doulton Leachs patent tureen cheese dish" and various carpentry tools with "Leachs patent" and "Mrs Leachs patent" stamped on them. Possibly Leach was a Victorian inventor who patented various things and allowed various manufacturer's to make them.
