Had this for a few years now and have still never been able to ID it. Trying again for some help please

One of the small Delft potteries in Holland, by the looks of it.
Lovely lid. Is it cast metal?

can't even get the lid off anymore lol, this it is silver plated. Am surprised you say Holland as the writing is English so I assumed an English piece

The writing is usually in English for the tourist trade.
