The numbers in the marks look like stamps, instead to other ones where the dekor/height numbers were scratched in the clay. Unusual shape, it seems to me.
Another vase I bought at the same time, looks totally different, but shows the stamped marks as well (comes in next ID-thread). Another difference between the two: 'Handarbeit' doesn't have the same font, it seems.
If the vases would be Sawa, with this one numbering would be correct (range 200: vases), with the other one it wouldn't (77/25).
