It looks like Sawa when you compare the marks with other ones. Take a look at these 3:

Red clay. 341-30. 'X\X' as a signature? Sawa very often has strange signatures. Maybe it means something else than a signature, those v's and x's.

Certainly SAWA, i.e. Franz Schwaderlapp.
Roman numerals are very typical, poss. XIX = 19, should be the decorator
