Hello,

Last one for the day. I have two paintings by the exact same artist. They are both signed in the same way.
My parents said that they obtained these pieces about 40+ years ago on a trip to Canada.

Was wondering if anyone knew anything about the artist!

Signature looks like Claud (or Claude) Roy. Searched on google but nothing's coming up aside from a passing mention of a present day Quebec artist of that name who may or may not be the same person.

When I was 12 (approximately 30 years ago) my family travelled across Canada and stopped in at Quebec City, on Rue du Tresor. Definitely street artists for sale to tourists. Lovely stuff then.
