this footed bowl is modern isn't it? any clue with the maker? there is some strange mark to the base :)

It is difficult to gauge age from images but it looks to have been made in the last 30 years. No idea where or who by though.

I suspect it's a foreign import from Indonesia, Malaysia or similar.
