the mark says it's Qianlong 1736-95, is it late 19th century?

Mark looks a bit messy which could point to it being a copy. Decoration purports to be famille noire but it looks a bit slap dash. I couldn't say; Jury is still out.

Mid to Late 20thC copy of famille noir piece. Fake Qianlong mark.
